Gewiss

GEWISS grundades 1970 i Italien. Det kom från en briljant idé för en produkt: användningen av teknopolymer i elektriska system. Detta var en revolutionerande applikation för hela sektorn, som omedelbart gav företaget en ledande position inom den elektrotekniska industrin. Under detta decennium invigdes anläggningen i Cenate Sopra (Bergamo) och företaget blev ett Società per Azioni (Company Limited by Shares).

1980-talet präglades av ytterligare insikt: för första gången introducerades färgade belysningsanordningar och blev inredningsartiklar. Sålda produkter blev i allt högre grad ett komplett sortiment för inhemska, kommersiella och industriella sektorer. Med konsolideringen av sitt försäljningsnätverk förändrades GEWISS från ett produktorienterat till ett marknadsorienterat företag. På bara tio år har intäkterna tiodubblats.
